Brilliant product! You just spray it on your hair (you can do it while your hair is wet or whilst it's dry or both) and scrunch your hair up a bit whith your hands and you've got perfect messy hair! Holds all day like hairspray but without the stiffness and stickyness.

Makes hair soft and flexible and still gives great hold. Nice smell and nice packaging.

I use this often after straightening my hair to make my hair still straight but a bit messy and I also use it after curling my hair with the straightening irons to make my hair wavy and make my waves last all day! Highly recommended!

I got this in paste form, and I absolutely despise it.  For school, I had to be Bethany Hamilton, and she's a surfer... and I was really excited to get to debut my surfer hair-do for that day.  I even practiced a few times, and each time, I wasn't very successful, but I still decided to go through with it the morning of.  First of all, no matter how much or how little you use, this paste causes a sticky mess! Secondly, by scrunching my hair like crazy, of course my hair did change a little, but the slight waves didn't come from the sticky mess... it just came with the way I kept handling my hair in different ways in an attempt to get this product to work.  Thirdly, the first thing you wanna do once you've given up on this product is just wash the sticky mess that didn't achieve much for your hair, out of your hair!!! I don't know about the spray, but I can say without a doubt in my mind that I 100% do not by any means recommend the paste for anyone!

I buy this in the spray bottle and use it when I am to lazy to actually style my hair or just do not have a lot of time.  I spray it in my hair when it is damp and scrunch my hair with my hands as I am blowing drying it then spray a light mist on it dry and scrunch somemore and spray over all very lightly with Garnier hairspray and it is done for the day.  It helps define the waves in my hair and gives me a controlled "messy" effect that I jokingly call my rock and roll hair.  I love that my hair is still touchable and does not feel stiff or sticky.  I also happen to love that scent that is in all Garnier products, that is part of the reason I tried this stuff.  With my fine hair it is easy to weigh it down, but this does not do that at all.  It is a wonderful product and I will absolutely keep buying it.

Surf Hair is a texturizing gum that comes in a green/yellow pot. When I first purchased this product, I admit, I really didn't care for it. I think that I used too much. Now, I decided to give it another shot. My hair is short and fine and I need to have hold with a bedhead look. This products works great. It is not too greasy and you need to warm it up between your palms and apply it where needed. Voila-sexy surf look. The smell is alright somewhat fruity, and the price is very reasonable. I have read that others combine this product with the sleek and shine serum with great results. Will buy again, if this pot ever runs out.
